‘Fool’s Gold’: Separate the perfect mate from the perfect fake

January 4, 2018 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

DEARBORN – Dating, while fun, can be difficult, even as an adult, and meeting quality people can be a challenge, as is separating a “perfect mate” from a “perfect fake.”

Singles Outreach and Renewal, an outreach of First Presbyterian Church, 600 N. Brady, will host “Fool’s Gold” from 7 to 9 p.m. Jan. 19. The seminar will focus on how to spot the subtle signs your date may have serious issues, avoid being drawn into drama, and protect yourself from toxic dates.

The seminar will include group discussion and a question-and-answer period. Light refreshments will be served.

Admission is free; no registration or preparation is required.
