Battalion chief retires

During his career he earned a departmental commendation, a Fire Chief Company citation, two Fire Chief Lifesaving awards, two Fire Chief Unit commendations, seven Meritorious Company commendations, a service award and one professional certification award for Michigan Urban Search and Rescue road rescue operation. Murray said Cunningham has always been one of the hardest workers and very knowledgeable about his job. Murray said he was sad to lose Cunningham, but very happy for his “great career.”
