2nd season of ‘Music at Cherry Hill’ begins with Ann Arbor Brass Quintet

Season begins Sept. 17

DEARBORN — The Ann Arbor Brass Quintet will kick off the second season of “Music at Cherry Hill” in the sanctuary of Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church. The concert will begin at 4 p.m. Sept. 17.

The Ann Arbor Brass Quintet is comprised of Donald Babcock, trombone; Becky Bloomer, trumpet; Philip Bloomer, tuba; Kurt Civilette, french horn; and Cather Cosgrove, trumpet.

The group has more than 20 years combined experience in presenting concerts with a broad musical repertoire of classical music from around the world, along with Dixieland, big band, ragtime, pop and rock favorites, marches and ceremonial music, movies and TV favorites.

“We are honored to bring the talents of these talented musicians to Cherry Hill for the enjoyment of our community and to begin this second season,” said the Rev. Mark Phillips, pastor of Cherry Hill Presbyterian.
