Local rock group famous for ‘What I Like about You’

TAYLOR – The second annual WCSX Summer BBQ event will feature the Motor City group The Romantics at 9 p.m. June 10 in Heritage Park, with food and other activities kicking off at noon.

WCXS-FM 94.7, celebrating its 30th anniversary, is sponsoring the free general admission event. VIP tickets are available for the concert for $30 at WCSX.com.

The day-long event includes barbecue from area vendors, adult beverages, a kid zone, local bands and other interactive events, capped by The Romantics concert.

The Romantics best known hits include “What I Like about You,” “Talking in my Sleep” and “When I Look in your Eyes.”
