Minor injuries in Winona Street fire

Heavy smoke and fire was showing when firefighters arrived. The cause of the blaze is under investigation. Residents were impressed with how quickly firefighters from Allen Park and Taylor departments knocked the fire down. Firefighters said in reviewing the helmet cam video, the fire was darkened within six minutes of being dispatched. Dearborn Fire Department firefighters covered medical calls in Allen Park while they worked the fire.
