The Metro West Chapter of Credit Unions is seeking applications from non-profit organizations in need of financial grants of up to $2,500 to support local community improvement activities.
The application deadline is July 8.
The money must be used to benefit the communities of Wayne or Washtenaw counties. This year the chapter will award at least $15,000.
Non-profit organizations that wish to apply must complete an online application at http://metrowest.mcul.org/2016-charity-grant-application. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
Grant recipients will be notified by July 31, and top recipients will be recognized at the MWCCU Charity Golf Outing Aug. 18.
The mission of the MWCCU is to support educational needs, community improvement and political advocacy for credit unions in Wayne and Washtenaw counties.
