DEARBORN — Police are asking the community for help to identify a suspect who was involved in an armed robbery at Carter’s Hamburgers, 22990 W. Outer Drive.

He fled through the back entrance of the restaurant.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall with a black cloth covering his face, very light blue jeans and blue rubber gloves. He also wore a black Carhart skull hat, a navy blue hooded sweater with “American Original” on the back along with an image of an American flag and Mickey Mouse.

“We are asking for assistance from the community to help identify the perpetrator of this brazen robbery,” Police Chief Ronald Haddad said. “The bold nature of this crime suggests that the person responsible would not hesitate to put anyone in harm’s way.”
