LIVONIA — Established in 1950, Livonia Ladywood High School is an all-girl Catholic college-preparatory school founded upon true Felician traditions and core values.

Nestled within a beautiful wooded area off Newburgh Road, Ladywood provides a small, personal high school experience complete with new technology, strong academics, athletics, social and co-curricular offerings. Ladywood has an enrollment of 280 students in grades 9 through 12, a 10-to-1 student/teacher ratio, and an average class size of 16 to 20 students allowing for more individual and personal attention.

Ladywood draws young ladies from 35 communities and six counties within the metropolitan Detroit area. Coming from a magnitude of different backgrounds, the student body represents the cultural
and socio-economic diversity of the society in which they are being raised.

Ladywood is a leader in Catholic education. Our 2013 graduates were very successful with 100 percent attending post-secondary education at many prestigious institutions in Michigan and out of state. Our graduates also were offered $4.2 million in scholarships and grants and enjoyed many Catholic League, district and regional championships, and state appearances.

We offer dual enrollment whereby all students are provided the opportunity to begin earning college credit by taking advantage of our educational partnerships offered through Madonna University and Schoolcraft College. We also have a partnership with the Livonia Career Technical Center allowing students in grade 12 the opportunity
to build their technical skills in a specific career pathway, supplementing their college education.

Our theme this year is “Adding Fuel to the Fire” as we have many new school improvements to tell you about:
