Dental group to host haunted house

HEIGHTS — As the “season to be scared” is fast approaching, Cambridge Dental Group is busy planning its third annual haunted house from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 25. This spook-tacular adventure is free and open to the public, local schools, families and children.

Children can trick-or-treat in costume through the 12 Chambers of Darkness and the Tunnel of Terror Hallway.

Visitors can face their darkest fears in the un-boo-lievable photo booth and enjoy some fa-boo-lous goodies and refreshmentsr.

Cambridge Dental Group, serving the community for 35 years, is in the Cambridge Shopping Center, 27281 W. Warren.

After Halloween is over, Cambridge Dental Group offers its Candy Buy-Back Program which provides cash for children and candy for U.S. troops. Take unopened candy to the Cambridge Dental office by Nov. 6 and staff will weigh the candy and pay $1 per pound up to five pounds.

The candy will be shipped to troops overseas through Operation Gratitude, a non-profit organization formed in 2003 that sends “care” packages of snacks as well as entertainment items and personal letters of appreciation.
