DEARBORN – The Dearborn Area Faith Network will host an “Interfaith Service of Prayer and Remembrance of 9/11” at 7 p.m. at the Hemlock Park Shelter on Sept. 11.

The commemoration will feature reading and reflections by leaders from a variety of religions, as well as music and candle-lighting.

The DAFN sends out the invitation to “join us for prayer with messages of hope and peace as we celebrate the unity that has made our diverse community strong.”

The ceremony is expected to last about 30 minutes.
