This first-ever event will fuse arts and culture with the business community in Dearborn. Artist Janet Kondziela has spent more than a year creating paintings of signature dishes featured in Dearborn’s finest eateries and will display these works of art. Business owners, corporate professionals and the community can mix and mingle at the beautiful Padzieski Gallery; sample appetizers and wine and learn how the arts and culture serves as an economic catalyst for change. The Detroit Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau has partnered with the Dearborn Chamber of Commerce for an educational social media event featuring Stan Smith of Fluency Media, the agency behind the award-winning Pure Michigan social media campaign.

The second half of this event will feature a panel discussion with companies currently using social media: Dearborn Patch.com; the Glass Academy and others. Attend this free seminar to ask questions, share tactics and learn from others.
